You’ve got traction and a steady stream of new customers but you must resist jumping the gun and thinking about customer number 100,000. Happy customers in the early stages of your eCommerce journey doesn’t always mean that you are ready to fly with the top dogs.
To scale you need to understand the market, spend only the money you have and be careful to not make too many assumptions about the future.
Slow down. Focus on the customer. Pivot. Take your time. It will pay off.
