[At Argos] we used to do studies with customers to understand how they used reviews. We found that quite often customers would filter by one star reviews because they were interested in finding out about the flaws in the product.

We saw massive uplifts in conversion. Some of the stats where a customer that interacted with review content would convert were - desktop was about 50% uplift, mobile was about 45% and our app was about 30%.
